Forever, Michael

Before he dangled his Blanket
In attempts to show him off
He floated on stage,  rocking
Sequined socks, with matching glove

It’s “Bad” that many only
embrace him when he’s dead
Yet when alive,
Would treat him like “Dirty Diana”, instead

If you’re thinking now,
“Somebody’s Watching Me”
Check the “Man in the Mirror”
and ask yourself, honestly

Guilty or not,
It’s “Dangerous”, using judging principles
No matter how loud you “Scream”
Don’t you know he’s “Invincible”?

Did anyone bother to listen
To “HIStory”?
“Smooth Criminals” found it easier
To bask in the misery

Suppose it’s just our “Human Nature”
To seek out a “Thriller”
Making “Off the Wall” comments
As if he’s a killer

“Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’?”
Since he asked to, “Leave Me Alone”
The crowned King of Pop
Who can never be dethroned

If you’re unable to “Beat It”
Then succumb to the Jesus Juice
Of the ultimate “Dancing Machine”
Whenever he let loose

Whether you’re “Black Or White”,
“Billie Jean” still made each of us unite
So, just “Remember the Time”
He had us “Workin’ Day and Night”

On our Moonwalks, and drop curls
Making red leather zip-ups rough
Allow the good vibe to “Rock With You”
And “Don’t Stop ’til You Get Enough”
